These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of adynexdigital.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products and services from Adynex Digital Marketing Agency (“Adynex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Adynex Digital Marketing Agency is based at H, 3184, Vikas Marg, Sector 46, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India. We provide digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website development, and more) and sell digital products such as digital marketing courses, ebooks, PDFs, and templates.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law to make a purchase. By buying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices, offers, or product details at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order applies to that order.
We try to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are completely error-free.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

  1. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address and phone number, as the product and access details are sent there.

  1. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically by email, download link, or course login, usually immediately and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details. No physical product is shipped.

  1. License and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in our products, including courses, videos, ebooks, PDFs, templates, text, logos, and graphics, is owned by Adynex or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and business use.
You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or commercially exploit our products, or give your login access to others, without our written permission.
Violation of this section may lead to immediate termination of access without refund and legal action.

  1. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee of Results

Our courses, ebooks, and content are for educational and informational purposes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including your effort, budget, industry, competition, and platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific income, leads, sales, rankings, or business outcomes. Any examples or testimonials shown are not a promise of similar results.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Website or other users’ data
Submit false information or impersonate another person
Upload viruses or harmful code
Share or sell our paid content

Where you hire us for marketing services, the scope, fees, and timelines will be as agreed with you in writing (email, WhatsApp, or proposal). Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our fees. We work to deliver the best possible results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as platform algorithms and market conditions are outside our control.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

The Website may link to or use third-party services (such as Razorpay, Google, and Meta). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adynex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question. The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
