All our products, including digital marketing courses, ebooks, PDFs, and templates, are digital products. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
2. Delivery by Email
After successful payment, your product access is sent directly to the email address you entered at checkout. This email contains your download link or course access details. No separate request or approval is needed.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery is instant. You receive the email immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- In rare cases of a technical delay, delivery is completed within 24 hours.
- Delivery is available across India and internationally, wherever you can access the internet.
4. If You Do Not Receive Your Email
If you have not received your product email within 24 hours:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact us at contact@adynexdigital.com or 8607413010 with your name, order ID or Razorpay transaction ID, and the email used at checkout.
We will resend your access within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver, you will receive a full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Access Validity
Unless the product description says otherwise, ebooks and PDFs can be downloaded and kept for personal use. Course access is as described on the course page. Access is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
