This policy applies to all purchases made on adynexdigital.com from Adynex Digital Marketing Agency (“Adynex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including digital marketing courses, ebooks, PDFs, templates, and other digital products, as well as our marketing services.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, PDFs, Templates)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
2. When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment deducted but product not delivered: money was debited from your account but you did not receive access or the download link, and we are unable to deliver it within 48 hours of your complaint.
- Wrong or corrupted product: the file or course you received is different from what was described, is corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 7 days of your complaint.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the product, which we cannot resolve within 7 days.
3. When We Will Not Refund
Refunds will not be given for:
- Change of mind or buying by mistake after the product has been accessed or downloaded
- Not achieving specific business results, income, rankings, or leads (results depend on your own effort, market, and many other factors, and we do not guarantee any outcome)
- Failure to access the product due to your own device, internet, or incorrect email address entered at checkout
- Accounts suspended or terminated for sharing, reselling, or pirating our content
- Products purchased during a discounted or promotional sale, unless covered by Section 2
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@adynexdigital.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your full name and the email or phone number used for the order
- Order ID or Razorpay transaction ID
- Reason for the request, with screenshots if relevant
We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) through Razorpay. Refunds are generally credited within 5 to 7 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
6. Cancellation of Orders
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after the product has been delivered or accessed. If you wish to cancel an order before receiving the product, contact us immediately at contact@adynexdigital.com.
7. Marketing Services
- Monthly service plans can be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice by email. There is no long-term lock-in.
- Fees for work already completed or the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Advertising spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms is not paid to us and cannot be refunded by us.
- Any free trial or free-management offer is as described on the Website at the time of the offer, and no payment is due for the free period.
